Where: Goldenson Building Room 122
Wed 23/Oct in CLS 13, starting at 10:00a
Comprehensive spatial studies require tools that enable detection of multiple cell types and states. Interrogation of complex tissue types requires a highly sensitive, specific, and multiplexed spatial approach with single cell resolution. In this presentation researchers learn how to use the RNAscope in situ hybridization technology to

Large-Scale Multiphoton Imaging for Machine Learning, 7/23 at 1pm
The NIF (in partnership with Thorlabs) is hosting an exciting seminar talk on 7/23 at 1pm about massive datasets & machine learning. This has particular interest to us as we recently installed a volumetric 2-photon microscope. Anyone thinking of collecting large datasets, from slide scanning to lightsheet, should attend this webinar!
