All users not affiliated with Harvard must complete a Risk and Release Form

Academic Users

Users from Academic Institutions must complete the ACAD User Agreement Form

Commercial Users

All Commercial Users must complete a Visitor Participation Agreement form and an Industry User Agreement Form
