Dear all,

MicRoN is excited to invite you to our first "Advanced Imaging Symposium" on Wednesday March 30th 9:30am -noon (please see poster attached). The focus of this symposium is to emphasize the new advanced imaging techniques that our brand-new Leica Stellaris 8 DIVE (aka Divine Stella) confocal and multiphoton microscope supports and learn about exciting research projects that are possible thanks to this new technology. Check out the awesome speakers we have lined up!

Olga Barreiro (Research Fellow, von Andrian's Lab, HMS): "Using FLIM-FRET to decipher the nano-topography of the endothelial adhesive platforms"

Harikesh Wong (Assistant Professor of Biology, MIT & Ragon Institute): "Imaging the depths of the immune system"

Rahul Pal (Research Fellow, Kumar's Lab MGH/HMS): "Fluorescence lifetime-guided detection and quantification of EGFR expression"

This event is hybrid!

Light refreshments will be served, if Covid regulations enable it.

In the afternoon, you will have a chance to see the microscope in action and learn more about it, please email me paula_monterollopis@hms.harvard.edu to schedule a session/tour.
